My fitness journey started at a young age, struggling with an underactive thyroid, which was later diagnosed as Hashimoto’s disease. I trained hard and experimented with different diets to regain my fitness and excel in sports like I used to. As part of this journey, I got into triathlon, pushing my endurance and resilience to new levels.
Over the years, I gained extensive knowledge and earned my qualifications in personal training and health coaching. I later transitioned into bodybuilding, where I developed a deep understanding of strength training, muscle building, and nutrition. From there, I took on a new challenge—HYROX, combining endurance and strength in a way that tested my limits.
Now, I use everything I’ve learned to help others feel comfortable in their own skin, gain confidence, and let their inner beauty shine through. Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about feeling strong, empowered, and in control of your health.
